What makes the bottle really stand out is that you’ll need 1 of 2 things to open it. Either a set of teeth which enables you to eat an apple through a letter box, or alternatively, a corkscrew. Whichever works for you. Including botanicals such as raw liquorice root, charred oak, ginger, fresh whole lemons, ginger, cinnamon, coriander seed, chufa, galangal, resin, and hand selected apples sourced from local small orchards found on little islands in Denmarks southern archipelago!
Obviously with botanicals like this, you already know it’s going to be a rather special gin.
Refreshingly crisp and citrusy on the nose, and slightly cloudy to the eye leaving you with a Forrest floor pine scent.
It’s spicy and warm to the taste with a ginger freshness leaving with a cinnamon tang.
